Sealladh na Mara Cottage Stornoway Isle of Lewis

Sealladh na Mara, meaning 'Sea View' in Gaelic, is a traditional fisherman’s cottage, located on the waterfront, overlooking the marina, in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides.

Combining traditional charms of foot thick walls and cosy rooms with modern style and comforts, it provides everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Designed for two people – not just couples – it has two bedrooms, a living-dining room with wood-burner stove, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath.

Come for the scenery…

…stay for the hospitality

The ideal Hebridean
holiday spot

Sealladh na Mara Cottage is conveniently located for all the amenities of Stornoway, yet removed from its busyness. It is one minute by car from the ferry terminal and main supermarket.

One of the town’s best cafés – Beckett & Sons – is a few minutes’ drive away. When the weather is unsuitable you can hunker down with a wide selection of books and magazines, and plenty to watch on Netflix and BBCiPlayer.
